Frequently Asked Questions for Volunteers

Q: Do I have to be a seller in order to volunteer and shop early? A: If you are not planning to consign and would like to volunteer, please email us for our policy.

Q: Is there anyway I can shop early, without volunteering? A: Yes. Please see our BARTERING page for other ways to shop early.

Q: Can I bring my children with me while I work? A: No. We are not able to provide childcare during your shift, and you will be too busy to supervise your children. This is a safety precaution for your children.

Q: Can someone else work a shift for me? A: Yes. Just make sure they sign in under your name and are prepared to be put to work.

Q: How many people can I bring to shop presale? A: You will be allowed to bring 2 guests to shop with you at your designated shopping time. In other words, you pre sale entry is good for 3 people starting at the time that fits the amount of shifts you'll be volunteering.
