DROPPING OFF YOUR ITEMS
Items can be dropped off on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, December 3rd, 4th & 5th.However, in order to best serve you and get you in and out as quickly as possible, you must schedule an appointment for drop off. Sign up for an appointment here.
Please allow at least an hour for your entire drop off session. If you have more then 175 items, please sign up for an additional 30 minute appointment.
When you arrive to drop off your items, please check in with us. Be advised, when you drop off your items to be sold, you are giving us permission to sell your items and we are not liable for theft or damage.
After we have checked in your items (during your 30mins appointment), you will then proceed to place your items on the appropriate tables and hang your clothing on the appropriate racks which would require an additional hour to two hours depending on how much you have to place.
You will drop off a bin WITHOUT a lid with one of our volunteers if you are not donating unsold items. Please ensure that your bin is labeled with your consignor number on the outside of the bin.

Sunday, December 3rd, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Monday, December 4th, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Tuesday, December 5th 9:00AM - 6:00PM
PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS
If you choose to pick up your unsold items, you may do so anytime between 7:00 - 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 10th.
When you come, please locate all of your clothing items and all of your non-clothing items, which will be sorted by your consignor number. There will be a section of untagged items, please be sure to check that before leaving. Once you have collected your items, we will check you out.
Any items not picked up by 8:00 PM on Sunday, December 10th will be donated, unless prior arrangements have been made for alternate pick up time. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this rule.
