A: Your check will be mailed to you within 30 days of the closing of the sale.
Q: How should I price my items?
A: Pricing varies greatly. We recommend pricing your clothing items at 25% of what you paid for it. Consider the brand, style, and the condition of the item. Refer to our pricing guide for more specifics.

A: No. Only clothing are brand specific.
Q: Does maternity clothing have to be brand specific?
A: No.

A: Dry cleaners will often give you hangers if you ask. Cheap hangers can often be found at Target. Kmart, or the Dollar Store. All items are sold on the hanger, so hangers are not returned.
Q: Why is there a consignor fee?
A: The consignor fee covers the facility rental, insurance, marketing and print materials, signage, envelopes and postage, web design and maintenance, software rental, licenses, moving truck expenses, storage fees, and much, much more. Want to get your fee refunded? Refer ONE friend as a NEW consignor and we will refund $10 of your fee and you will pay just $10. Your friend MUST reference you when they register.
Q: What can I do to sell my items?
A: There are two major things you can do help your stuff sell. One, price your items to sell. Someone else might be selling the same item you are, and you don't want yours to be the more expensive one. Two, clean up your stuff. Wash your clothing. Wipe down your toys.
Q: What happens if I am unable to drop-off or pick-up my items during the designated times?
A: We can only properly secure your items beginning at the drop-off time and ending at the pick-up time. You are welcome to have a friend or family member drop off or pick up your items for you.
We can pre arrange a different time for pick up before you drop off your items, please refer to your sellers agreement for more information.
Q: Can I use a different color other than white for my tags? A: Please only use white cardstock for your tags. We will have you retag everything if you drop off your items with a different color tag.
Q: What happens if my tags can't be scanned? A: We will reprint tags that can't be scanned and have you retag them.
Q: Do I need a tagging gun? A: Not necessarily, we strongly encourage consignors to use security ties instead of tagging guns. If you have less than 10 items that absolutely needs to be tagged using a tagging gun, you are welcome to borrow our tagging gun when you drop off your items.
Q: Can I package onesies in zip lock bags as a bundle? A: Unfortunately we will not have containers for clothing items. Please hang your bundles and secure them together on a hanger or multiple hangers. The most common way of doing it is by using a rubber band and securing all hangers together to make a bundle.
Q: I have some clothing that are not listed on the brand list what should I do? A: There are too many brands for us to keep track off and list on our website, you are welcome to email us to confirm if a specify brand is accepted. Best practice is to not sell anything that is listed on the "Brands we do not accept".
Q: I have toys with loose pieces, how should I package them? A: Toys with loose pieces should be placed in a zip lock bag or taped to the main toy. Please make sure that you tape the zip lock bag so that it can't be opened or securely tape the piece to the main toy so that it won't separate. And be sure to secure the zip lock bag to the main toy. We get a lot of missing pieces due to poorly secured bags or tape, so be sure to be generous with your tape! We can always help shoppers open items to inspect and repackage it if they are not interested in buying your item after opening. Shoppers are encourage to bring items to the front to have one of our volunteers open it for them. We do not encourage people to open packages on their own.
