How it Works.
Make top dollar on your gently used clothing, become a consignor at The Lollipop Market.Consigning at the event is easy. You determine the price of your items. You receive 60-70% of the proceeds from the sale. The amount of the selling price you retain depends on your involvement in the event. Prior to the sale you simply register, enter and tag your items online, and bring your items to the site. We advertise, set up the location for the sale, and sell your items!
Here's more detail on how it works:
REGISTER as a consignor.
Note: Registration closes Sunday, November 26th at 11:59 PM.Returning consignor should login to their account and select register for upcoming sale in "Menu". You will be using the same consignor number previously assigned.
IMPORTANT: Consignors are required to either have a minimum of 10 items or have an active inventory totaling of $50. Any Consignor with 0 items or have less than $50 worth of items in their active inventory will be dropped from the sale without a refund of registration fees.
For our returning consignors, please note:

Please help us spread the word! Your referral MUST reference you at the time of registration, in the OTHER REFERRAL notes. This only applies to new consignors signing up for the first time, and not for returning consignors using others as referrals.
Want to earn even more? VOLUNTEER to help and keep more cash in your pocket.

Go through your kid's closets and toy room and gather your items to sell. You may sell up to 350 items. Please note, if you are selling an outfit (jeans & shirt together), that is considered 1 item. You can register for a total of 2 consignor spots for a total of 700 items. Please email us to have your limits increase after paying for a second registration fee.
Read our INSTRUCTIONS on how to tag your clothing, and how to prepare your toys. You determine the price of your items; suggested prices are listed HERE.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN WORKING WITH YOUR ITEMS:
- This event is for WINTER clothing (and of course toys and books and all the other good stuff that isn’t season specific). You are allowed to bring up to 20 OFF SEASON items as long as they are on-brand and in great condition. These will count toward your 350 total count.
- You may bring ALL season of shoes, though focus on WINTER wear. In addition to this, there is no brand requirement for shoes. However, shoes need to be in current style, in good shape, clean, and priced right to sell. We will be picky when checking in so please use your best judgment. If you personally wouldn’t purchase them in the shape they are, please don’t enter them in to be sold. This is the sale to sell your boots and snow boots. Please limit the number of sandals, flip flops and water shoes.
- We will also allow off brand children’s accessories (hats, headbands, etc).
- No items priced under $2.50. If you have a few items you would like to price for less, bundle them together.
- When printing tags, please make sure that tags are printed on WHITE cardstock paper only. Regular paper tend to tear and will result in lost item if tags are missing. The barcodes on the tags needs to be crisp and not blurry to ensure they are scannable. We will be scanning each item to check them in, if the barcodes doesn't scan, you will be asked to retag your entire inventory.
- We do not allow breast pumps, plastic baby bottles, diaper pails, potty, or bathtubs UNLESS they are brand new in packaging/with tags.
- Due to low sell through rates, we NO longer sell ROOM DÉCOR, CD’s and BEDDING. You are still welcome to sell high quality baby blankets. Please hang blankets and swaddles as buyers like to see the condition of these items – when they are rolled and put in bags, it reduces the sell through rate.
- We NO longer allow SOCKS or TIGHTS to be sold, EXCEPT if they are part of an outfit and attached to that hanging item or BRAND NEW in original packaging. We will accept underwear as long as it is new and in original packaging as well.
- When entering your items into the online system, it is CRITICAL that you place your items in the correct category. This information is how we properly space plan for the sale. Not labeling correctly may result in your item being rejected onsite.
- If you plan to consign larger items like bikes, train tables, small outdoor structures, bedroom furniture, and things of that nature, this would be the time to do it. HOWEVER, if your larger item(s) do not sell by Sunday close, you will need to pick them up at the end of the event. The donation crew can only take so many oversized items. I recommend pricing it well and selecting discount for Sunday.
- Don’t forget to purge women’s and maternity items. Our women’s section continues to grow with each sale. We accept high end brand name clothing, shoes, handbags/purses, belts, scarves, jewelry (we have a locked display case for those extra special items), sunglasses, etc. If you don’t use these gently used items anymore, earn some extra money by selling them to someone who will. Limit 50 hanging clothing items (pants, shirts, skirts, and dresses – count does not include shoes, accessories, jewelry, or bags). No more than 25 direct sales clothing brands (Lularoe, Cabi, Mathilda Jane, etc). No stiletto heels as they don’t sell well.
- Unfortunately, Valet Service is not available for this sale.
- Note that inventory shut off is Sunday December 3rd at 11 AM.
Drop off your items
You bring your items during our designated DROP OFF times. If you have more than 175 items, please sign up for 2 drop off appointments to allow for enough time to check in.
Please remember to drop off a bin without a lid if you are not donating unsold items. Bins must have a consignor number labeled on the side of the bin.
