No Time to Consign?Want to sell the upscale and boutique clothing your children no longer wear, but don't have the time to get it ready and tag it? Let us do the work for you! Our valet consignor spots always fill up, so if you are thinking of valet consigning DO NOT wait until the last minute. To give us adequate time to prepare your items, we usually close valet consignment 2 weeks prior to the sale.
Here's how Valet Consigning works:
- You register as a consignor. Click HERE to register.
- You drop your clean clothes off. (EMAIL us for the location)
- We press, price (optional), hang and tag your items for you.
- We mail you a check; Valet consignors receive 40% of the selling price of their items.
Other questions about Valet consigning:Do I pay the registeration fee?
Yes. The fee covers the facility fee, insurance, licensing, marketing, advertising, web fees, and more.
How do my items get priced?
You have two choices. You can drop off a list of prices for your items when you drop off your clothes. Or you can let us price your items for you. We have a pretty good idea of what things sell for.
What happens if you find a spot, stain or rip on a piece of clothing?
We carefully screen every item that we accept, and we cannot accept anything with a hole, stain, missing button, etc. If we find a problem with one of your items, we donate it to charity. We are unable to return items with stains, rips, missing buttons, so please carefully prescreen your items.
What happens to unsold items?
You can pick up any unsold items during the designated consignor pick up time. Or you can choose to have those items donated. Pick up time is from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 3rd. Any items not picked up by 5:00 PM will be donated to charity. No exceptions can be made to this rule.
When will I receive my check?
All checks are mailed within 3 weeks of the sale.
What items do you accept for Valet consigning?
We only have space for you to drop off clothing and shoes ahead of time.
