You have two choices. You can drop off a list of prices for your items when you drop off your clothes. Or you can let us price your items for you. We have a pretty good idea of what things sell for.
What happens if you find a spot, stain or rip on a piece of clothing?
We carefully screen every item that we accept, and we cannot accept anything with a hole, stain, missing button, etc. If we find a problem with one of your items, we donate it to charity. We are unable to return items with stains, rips, missing buttons, so please carefully prescreen your items.
What happens to unsold items?
You can pick up any unsold items during the designated consignor pick up time. Or you can choose to have those items donated. Pick up time is from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM on September 15th. Any items not picked up by 7:00 PM will be donated to charity. No exceptions can be made to this rule.
